you sort of start thinking anything's possible if you've got enough nerve

It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be.

As my thirtieth year on this planet approaches I have begun to think more about the future I have led myself towards. As someone who gets lost in old habits easily, I have always found the premise of New Year a rather disappointing one. I have often made, and quickly broken, resolutions; seemingly unworthy of their rewards or simply too unmotivated to reach for them.

The truth being told is that I have been dreading my third decade for quite some time now. It seems as though the magic of my younger years is officially coming to an end. But why should it? Age is more than just a number after all…

What are your plans for the New Year?
Do you have any resolutions you are hoping to keep?
